Meredythe Fallon Del Gallo is well known for her high-energy and high-impact style in the delivery of valuable business outcomes. She has a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, creative vision, and driving results to take her team and organization to the next level. Meredythe has contributed to the Talent Recruitment and Retention, Corporate Training, and Business Development success of a small business turned $36M organization.
Meredythe is a College of Business Board of Advisors member, Distinguished Young Professional Alumni nominee, National Gold Star Teacher Award recipient (2x), and guest lecturer. With an integrated teaching approach that blends cross-curricular learning strategies and real-world solutions, she equips students to develop beyond the classroom.

Educational Coach
Carson Kuhlman is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with a passion for creating meaningful connections with students to develop valuable life skills and prepare for the real-world. She is a Fairfax County Public Schools English teacher with experience teaching abroad in Switzerland and Africa. As a Fallon Enterprises College Prep Academy alumni, Carson delivers on our commitment to providing the high-quality and customized experience f each of our clients. Carson holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts Education from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education K-12 Adapted Curriculum at George Mason University.

DANIELLE BARTHOLD
Educational Coach
Danielle Barthold is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with 13 years of experience in education and athletic coaching. As an educator she has led students and athletes to success utilizing key attributes of the Portrait of a Graduate: communicator, collaborator, and goal-directed and resilient individual to drive their success. She has worked with countless students and athletes to reach their personal and team goals. Danielle holds a master's degree from James Madison University and has been recognized as a Fairfax County Public Schools Teacher of the Year.

JULIA WEAVER
Educational Coach
Julia Weaver is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with 10 years of experience in media production, including 5 years dedicated to student mentorship in the creative industry. With a background in digital media strategy, curriculum development, and photo/video production, Julia has collaborated with higher education institutions, creative professionals, and large online communities to produce content that informs, inspires, and connects. Passionate about empowering students and early-career creatives through mentorship and storytelling, she continues to lead initiatives that blend education with creativity and purpose.
