Founder & Owner, Fallon Enterprises

Meredythe Del Gallo has a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership, creative vision, and disciplined execution driving results for her team, clients, and organization. Meredythe is well known for her positive, dynamic presence and delivery of valuable business outcomes. Founded in 2016, Fallon Enterprises has experienced year-over-year growth in B2B and B2C markets, expanded our team, established new partnerships, developed proprietary materials, and launched a podcast.

    Started her professional career in Big Four management consulting providing Talent Enablement, Learning & Development, and HR Advisory to U.S. federal clients. Contributed to the recruitment, retention, and business development success of a small business turned $36M organization.

    Educator

    Earned her Master's Degree in Education with endorsements in Business & Information Technology and Marketing. Taught Dual Enrollment Entrepreneurship and International Baccalaureate Business courses in Northern Virginia high schools.

  3. Fallon Enterprises

    Founder

    Committed to equipping students to develop beyond the classroom, Meredythe founded Fallon Enterprises in 2016. Blending consulting best practices with educational strategy, her team creates real-world impact for students, educators, and organizations.

Meredythe is a leader with a positive, dynamic presence. She is the first to roll up her sleeves to drive results and move the team forward.
