Meredythe is well known for her hands-on, high-impact style in the delivery of valuable business outcomes. Founded in 2016, Fallon Enterprises has experienced year-over-year growth in B2B and B2C markets, developed proprietary materials, expanded our team, established new partnerships, and launched a podcast.

Meredythe started her professional career in Big 4 management consulting providing Talent Enablement, Learning and Development, and HR Advisory to United States government federal department clients. Blending project work with world-class training, she established a strong foundation in consulting best practices with an emphasis on vision, strategy, and talent alignment. Most notably, Meredythe contributed to the talent recruitment, retention, and business development success of a small business turned $36M organization. 

 

Transitioning from consulting to the classroom, Meredythe earned her master's degree in education and taught college level business classes at the high school level - equipping students to develop beyond the classroom. She is a James Madison University College of Business Board of Advisors member, Northern Virginia 40 Under 40 nominee, Loudoun Chamber Small Business of the Year Award finalist, National Gold Star Teacher Award recipient (2x), and Distinguished Young Professional nominee.
